How to find Hornhill
At Junction 27 on the M5 take A361 for about 4.5miles. Turn off at Gornhay Cross and follow signs for Grand Western Canal. At Canal Hill take the first right, this is Exeter Hill. Hornhill is at the top of the hill on the left.

The house has panoramic views of the beautiful Exe Valley. It surrounded by mature gardens amidst 75 acres of farmland. Relax in the gardens or explore the many footpaths in the area (maps provided so you won't get lost!) The Grand Western Canal with horse drawn barge is just at the bottom of our hill.
